Destylarnia Cameronbridge

The Cameronbridge Distillery is Scotland’s largest distillery which produces grain spirit and grain whisky. Annually, the plant can produce approx. 90 million liters of alcohol.

The distillery was established in 1824 by John Haig. This plant was closed only during World War II, like other distilleries. In addition to this stop, the distillery is always in continuous operation.

The distillery was for many years the property of the United Distillers group, which now belongs to the Diageo concern. The plant produces grain whisky for all blends of this concern, including to Johnnie Walker, J&B, Bell’s and Black & White.
