Destylarnia GlenWyvis

GlenWyvis Distillery was founded in 2016 as a crowdfunding venture. It was planned to raise 1.5 million pounds, but thanks to 3000 small investors the amount was raised 2.5 million pounds. Thanks to this, the construction of the distillery was completed in 2017.

In this distillery, the fermentation process is very long, up to 120 hours. It is produced on the basis of non-peat barley malt. According to the producers, this whisky will not be bottled until a few years, when it reaches the appropriate maturity.
