Destylarnia Holyrood
Holyrood Distillery is located near Salisbury Crags in Edinburgh city center. Work on its construction began in May 2018. Responsible for the project are Rob and Kelly Carpenter and David Robertson, the master of distillation in Macallan.
In addition to whisky, this distillery also produces gin and liqueurs, as do other emerging distilleries.
