Destylarnia Inchgower

Inchgower Distillery is located in the small port town of Buckie. Production water It was founded in 1871. The water used to produce Inchgower comes from a spring in the nearby Menduff Hills. Almost all production (it was stated a few years ago that it is exactly 99%) goes to the selection of blended whisky from Diageo’s portfolio, incl. Bell’s and Johnnie Walker.

For this reason, there are few single malt editions on the market, making them a very valuable asset for whisky collectors. It is a whisky unusual for the Speyside region, as it is produced on the seashore, thanks to which the taste, next to fruit and spicy notes, is distinguished by the aromas of sea salt.
