Destylarnia Knockando

Knockdhu is a small distillery located outside the town of Knock in the Speyside region. It is situated on a gentle terrain, surrounded by numerous arable fields. It was founded in 1893 by Distillers Company Limited, a company that evolved into one of the largest players on the alcohol market - Diageo.

The name Knockdhu comes from the Gaelic language - “Cnoc Dubh” - and means “black hill”. The single malt distillery releases its editions to the market mostly under the name “An Cnoc”. The outlets of the independent bottlers from this distillery are extremely rare and difficult to find on the market, making them a valuable addition to any collection.
