Bowmore and Aston Martin unveil the final edition of the Masters' Selection!
The fourth and final release in this exceptional series is a 21-year-old single malt whisky, matured in tawny port and oloroso sherry casks.
Bowmore Masters' Selection Edition 4 marks the end of a remarkable collaboration between these two iconic brands, which began in 2019. The series celebrates the mastery of Bowmore and Aston Martin, highlighting the precision and excellence they both stand for.
Ron Welsh, who crafted the whisky before retiring, commented: “This final edition of the Masters' Selection perfectly captures the journey we’ve taken together. We’ve brought together elements from previous releases to create a finale that celebrates both flavour and complexity.”
Marek Reichman, executive vice president and chief creative officer at Aston Martin, added: “Working on the Masters' Selection over the past four years has been both inspiring and enlightening. The whisky-making process, with its attention to detail and depth, has deepened my appreciation for this craft. I am proud to have played a part in creating this exceptional whisky.”
Edition 4 features notes of salted toffee, orange zest, thyme, and milk chocolate.
Bowmore Masters' Selection Edition 4 (51.4% ABV) will be available in selected markets from July 2024, priced at £425.
